The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study program, Internal Shred Challenge is offered by Level'd Up and Wellness @ Wilston. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Anna Tim (I, “me,” or “my) provide services to you, as the purchaser of the Internal Shred Challenge. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Challenge Outline

The Internal Shred Challenge is a self-study course that uses strategic instruction to assist you in helping to restore your gut health.

Challenge Specifics

Following successful purchase of the challenge, you will receive access to 5 modules consisting of pre-recorded trainings, downloadable PDF resources, templates, and any other resources included.

You will then have the opportunity to work through the course material in your own time. The course provides strategies to help you set intentions for your future.

There is one personal one-on-one session included which once booked can not be rescheduled so please make sure you choose a day that you are 100% available to attend on.

You will be given a link in the WhatsApp chat weekly that allows you to attend the group coaching sessions.

Supplement Fulfillment and Shipping

We send all included supplements within 72 hours of you purchasing the challenge and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please note, we are not responsible and will not be held liable for the delivery time.

If you have not received your physical products within 14 days of purchasing this challenge, please email hello@internalshredchallenge.com with your tracking number. If it is still in transit, we will contact the courier and get an estimated delivery date. We will also extend your 45 days access to the Internal Shred Challenge materials to start from the delivery of your products.

If we are able to provide proof that delivery has occurred, no refunds or extensions will occur. We can help you to make a claim with the courier directly if a parcel is delivered to the wrong location or goes missing.

Disclaimer

It’s not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the self-study materials, follow the outlined suggestions, participate in weekly Q+As, complete the weekly accountability questions, and attend sessions will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results.

The Internal Shred Challenge provides health supplements and methods to help you create a healthy gut. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the challenge to your personal circumstances both during the program and afterwards.

Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the challenge is unique to them. The aim is that following completion of the challenge you will have new information, strategies, and techniques to ensure that your gut health is the best that it can be for you.

Language

Please be aware that the challenge is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Payment Terms

The cost of the program is $497 AUD if paid in full or two payments of $297 (total is $594) which are taken 14 days apart. All purchases are final and no refund will be provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Support

The aim for this program is that you should be able to access the challenge material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of your PDF download or accessing the pre-recorded videos then I am happy to help you to get up and running. Please email hello@internalshredchallenge.com and you will receive a reply Monday to Friday between 9am until 5pm AEST. I aim to respond to you within 48 hours if you email during those hours.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Recording Of Sessions

Please be aware that some live sessions may be recorded and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personally identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation

As you are purchasing digital content which includes data that is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. We do not refund for change of mind.

Refunds can be granted or denied only by me. In purchasing the challenge you are waiving your rights to a refund unless required by Australian Law. Any refunds that may be approved will have an administration fee of $50 deducted as well as the retail cost of products and freight if they have been shipped.

Should you consider that the digital download is faulty for any reason, please confirm so immediately and a further copy will be provided. Should you have any concerns or questions please contact me on hello@internalshredchallenge.com.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even the following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain mine, Anna Tim. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools for personal use but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale under any circumstances whatsoever.

We provide cash rewards for anyone that provides proof that leads to a successful conviction of a copyright violation.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the course please do share it with me. It’s my hope you love this course, but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to hello@internalshredchallenge.com.

General

Throughout the program, I or a member of my team will be available by email Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm AEST. We will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the challenge delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted.

Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia. The Courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the challenge.

It is the intention that the Internal Shred Challenge will run for 45 days consecutively after which your access to the content will be revoked unless you have bought lifetime access or paid to extend your challenge.

Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session to be postponed it will be added to the end of the program. All sessions will have taken place within a 45-day period from the start of the course. There will not be any make-up sessions available and no time/duration extensions will be granted.

You will retain access to the challenge content for 45 days. You will have access to the Whatsapp chat for 45 days and to the Q+A calls for 4 weeks.
